Dr. Duane Pochylko, ChiropractorDr. Duane Pochylko, D.C.


Dr. Pochylko (Po-hill-ko), or as most often referred to as Dr. P, was raise on a Charolais cattle ranch near Stettler Alberta. He first saw a chiropractor at age seven, he had missed 120 days of school that year due to stomach aches. The medical specialists reported that “it was in his head." The Chiropractor examined him and a few spinal adjustments later the stomach pains stopped. He continued receiving Chiropractic treatments for various sports and farm injuries.

The economic downturn of the mid eighties, falling cattle prices and high interest rates found Dr P looking for something new. Chiropractic picked him! He embarked on eight years of study and graduated from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1994. He moved directly to Saskatoon and became a partner at the clinic immediately.

Dr P is passionate about Chiropractic and often states that he “has never worked a day since graduating.” He loves to teach patients how their condition relates to the brain body connection and how physical, chemical and emotional stress affect our health. He has studied many different Chiropractic techniques and adjustments.

Dr P has a wonderful wife Bernie with boys Drew and Chase. When out of the clinic he loves downhill skiing, hiking, biking, spending time at their farm west of Saskatoon where his love of the land continues with a family garden and organic farm. button



Dr. Michael Hornick, ChiropractorDr. Michael Hornick, D.C.




Dr. Michael Hornick has been a member of the Sutherland Chiropractic Health Care Clinic team since September 1995. He has thoroughly enjoyed his 20 years helping the Saskatoon community achieve better health and looks forward to 20 more. He feels very fortunate that he can still honestly say that he loves his job after all this time. His academic credentials include an Honours Genetics degree from the University of Western Ontario in 1990, a Diploma in Acupuncture from Sri Lanka’s World Health Organization recognized Acupuncture College in 1992, Clinical Honors degree from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1994, and recently a Diplomat in Chiropractic Pediatrics from the University of Wales. He married Dr. Stacey Lynn Hornick (nee Kramer) who is also an excellent chiropractor and the two of them have brought Benjamin and Max into the world. Dr. Mike has studied a large number of chiropractic techniques and has settled on providing three primary techniques in his chiropractic practice. Torque Release Technique (TRT), Diversified and CranioSacral Technique (CST). In his acupuncture practice he helps his patients achieve better health through treating Western diagnosis with Eastern acupuncture philosophy and care. When not with his family or at the clinic helping his patients you may find him on the golf course. button



Dr. Nicole Arnold, ChiropractorDr. Nicole Arnold, D.C.




A native daughter of Saskatchewan, Dr. Nicole has always loved people and finds tremendous joy in serving others to helping them live a more complete and full life. Her fascination with the human body and mind lead her to the University of Saskatchewan to study anatomy. After graduation she was introduced introduced to the natural healing power of chiropractic while working here at Sutherland as a massage therapist. A small amount of encouragement from Dr.’s Pochylko and Hornick was all she needed to travel and complete her Doctor of Chiropractic at Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Minnesota. Dr. Nicole values education and continues to study and learn. As a result she has traveled the world to study with many great healers both in and out of her beloved chiropractic profession. She has studied many different Chiropractic techniques and adjustments which allows her to serve each person she treats as an individual and give them exactly what they need to function and heal at their highest capacity. Dr. Nicole finds great joy in serving the health needs of people within her practice, her immediate and global communities. She has traveled internationally to serve the less fortunate. Dr. Nicole is married and has two amazing children. She enjoys all things in the outdoors including gardening, biking and hiking. She looks forward to being of service to you and your family in helping you achieve and maintain your most optimal level of health. button


Dr. Ross Bodnar, ChiropractorDr. Ross Bodnar, Chiropractor

Dr. Ross Bodnar grew up in Saskatoon and attended the University of Saskatchewan, College of Kinesiology where he graduated with great distinction in 2013. During this time he also competed on the Huskies Track and Field team as a high and long jumper. After multiple sports injuries throughout his university career Dr. Bodnar found chiropractic adjustments to be extremely beneficial for his well being and athletic performance, which turned him towards a career in chiropractic. After his undergraduate degree, Dr. Bodnar attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, where he graduated in 2017. This was also where he discovered the benefits of acupuncture for injuries, as well as treatment of many other western medicine diagnoses. This led him to taking multiple acupuncture courses while in chiropractic college. Since graduating, Dr. Bodnar has moved back to Saskatoon and has practiced ever since. He believes each patient needs an individualized treatment plan to achieve their wellness goals, with a focus on adjustments, education, and physical activity. When Dr. Bodnar is not treating patients you can often find him outdoors riding a bike, fishing, hunting or volunteering with the Saskatoon Motocross club. button


Colin Wist, PhysiotherapistColin Wist Physiotherapist




Colin grew up in Saskatoon and attended the University of Saskatchewan where he trained and competed with the Wrestling team. He completed his undergrad degrees in Kinesiology and subsequently Education with an emphasis on Physical Education. He eventually went on to complete the University of Saskatchewan’s Master of Physiotherapy Program. Since graduating in 2011 he has worked in the field of Orthopaedics in a private practice setting. He continues to advance his skills through advanced course work in Orthopaedic and Manual therapy, and has taken courses on core stability and movement system impairments from Stuart McGill and Shirley Sahrmann. Recently he has completed course work on running injuries of the foot, and myofascial release. His past work experiences have given him a good understanding of work place demands. This has been an asset as a Physiotherapist as working with people who have work place injuries is common. His full resume would include time spent working in the construction industry, janitorial work, retail, food processing plants, and even corrections. In physiotherapy there are different approaches. Every patient is unique and finding the right combination of treatment approaches and techniques can make the difference. Colin will work with you to understand the problem and draw on manual therapy techniques and exercises to help with your recovery.

Dr. Brennan Tomporowski

Dr. Brennan TomporowskiDr. Brennan Tomporowski grew up in Canwood, a small Saskatchewan town north of Saskatoon. He completed his Kinesiology degree from the University of Saskatchewan graduating in the spring of 2018. In his his third year of university Dr. Brennan had his first chiropractic experience both as a patient as well as shadowing local doctors. Through these experiences he developed a keen interest for all that Chiropractic had to offer. He was drawn to the profession as it would allow him to combine his passion for living a healthy lifestyle and his interest in human anatomy and physiology. Dr. Brennan completed his chiropractic education at Northwestern Health Sciences University, in Bloomington, Minnesota. He has a passion for helping people achieve their individual health goals through tailored treatments that include diversified adjustments, patient education and therapeutic exercise. Outside of work Dr. Brennan can be found golfing, camping, walking his dog or cheering on his favorite sports teams.
